To reduce stress on registration morning and allow families more time to complete important details accurately, we have streamlined our registration process:
• Secure your camper’s spot first
• Medical, emergency contact, and health insurance information may be completed after registration
• Physician’s Reports and Immunization Records can be uploaded after checkout through your Parent Portal
This process allows families to move quickly through registration while still having the time needed to carefully review and complete all required medical information.
We take great pride in our camp and intentionally limit enrollment to maintain a high-quality experience. If a session is full, we encourage families to join our waitlist, as spots often become available as schedules change.
In accordance with Massachusetts Department of Public Health camp licensing regulations, all campers must have the following on file:
•Physician’s Report (Well Visit only — no visit summaries or portal printouts)
•Immunization Records
Medical forms must be dated within 18 months of the start of the camp season and submitted no later than May 1, 2026. The Physician’s Report must clearly state that the child is medically cleared and fully able to participate in all camp and sports activities. Forms that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
